Magna Mater cooked grape must is a delicious condiment whose recipe has been handed down to us from the Romans who called it “Sapa” (in Italy is still called saba). It is sweet and fruity wih a hint of sourness that makes it a terrific match for icecreams, yogurt and dessert and can be used as a sweetener in baking and chocolate based desserts.
