Magna Mater Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a low density balsamic vinegar made of single estate hand picked grapes, 100% Italian, from Modena. Being produced in Modena is a compulsory parameter in order to be called Balsamic Vinegar. Anything produced outside Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces cannot be called Balsamic Vinegar as this product is typical of this area only and it is protected by the PGI status.
Our balsamic vinegar is made of grapes grown, cooked, barreled and bottled by the same producer.
It is a perfect pairing for salads, raw and cooked veggies.
